I grew up thinking that an evangelist was the guy standing on a street
corner evangelizing the lost.
But I discovered some powerful truths as
Apostle Les D. Crause put this series together on the evangelist.
Let me give you just a few pointers that you did not know about the evangelist:
- Every Christian should
be leading the lost to the Lord.
- The evangelist is
called to minister to the church and not just the lost. How? This book

with a very important mandate to prepare the church. This book explains
what your job is and how you should be fulfilling it.

I have found this study is very interesting and I would like to purchase all five books including workbook if possible with answer key in the back of the teachers manual for edification. And because of that I grew up only really talking to Christians. I knew how to speak the lingo, and mingle in those Christian circles, but when it came to telling unbelievers about Jesus, I'll admit I was a bit embarrassed!
I also was a bit preoccupied with how to share the gospel. Which way should I come at it from? After reading this book, I realized that an Evangelist was way more than someone who just shares the Gospel, and that what matters most is the anointing power of God.
It's His divine power which could transform even the meekest of people, into towers of faith. This book challenged my heart and showed me that if I was willing to care for people like Jesus does, that He will always confirm His word with signs following.
